Why, oh why, do UCLan insist on such long terms?
I found out just now, that on the 29th March in London, the Empire Awards were on. Meaning lots of celebrities...lots of autograph and meeting opportunities. But just to rub salt in to the wound...Gerard Butler was there, as was Viggo Mortensen. Now, Gerard Butler is an amazingly talented actor and hopefully my husband one day...about 3 years ago, Viggo was in that position before he practically disappeared from the big screen and grew an unsightly beard. However...I still have a soft spot for him.
However, I was unable to attend because I'm in Preston which is quite a significant way away from London...and my moment to meet them both were over. I'm not sure when they'll next be at one event together...oh well...it may happen again and if it does...I'll be there!
My mind has been rapidly filling up with thoughts and decisions. And here, I am going to blog all about things that spring to mind.
